This event is held during the spring semester of the school year. The event takes partnership efforts between the Workforce Solutions Brazos Valley, local school districts and local employers throughout the region.

The Career Expo is a great opportunity for businesses to connect with their future workforce and encourage students to acquire skills they need to be successful at the employer’s workplace, in addition to educating students about the amazing diversity of career opportunities in our region and the skills they need to acquire employment. This event educates students about the amazing diversity of career opportunities in our region and the skills they will need to pursue their career choices. The career skills required range from bachelor’s degrees to certifications.

Whether a student decides to go directly to college after graduation, is looking for employment to help defray college costs, wants to pursue technical education or go straight into work after graduation, this is an opportunity for them to connect with the employers that make up our local economies.
