Unemployment Claim Correspondence Goes Paperless

Access unemployment claim correspondence electronically for free online through the Texas Workforce Commission’s (TWC) Employer Benefits Services (EBS).

With Electronic Correspondence (EC), employers can view their unemployment correspondence through a secure, online mailbox immediately, instead of waiting days for regular mail delivery. Employers have online access to most of their unemployment correspondence concerning their TWC account number, such as claim notices, claim determinations, and chargeback forms.

EC also allows employers to set up multiple users for the online mailbox, under one account administrator with control over access permission levels. This can maximize workflow efficiency and deadline response time when dealing with multiple claims.

Sign up online using your TWC tax account number at Employer Benefits Services (www.twc.state.tx.us/businesses/employer-benefits-services). At this time, you’ll continue to receive some documents by mail, such as appeals and tax correspondence.
